The home can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are no extra charges for guests. Please do not exceed the maximum number without communicating with the host beforehand.

CLEANLINESS

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home that is maintained by our 5 star cleaning team.
We are a pet free and allergy friendly home.
We have a cleaning service, but common courtesy still applies.
An extra cleaning service fee will be charged if the property is left extremely untidy/messy/dirty.

NO SMOKING

Absolutely NO smoking inside the home. If there is any smell or evidence of smoking inside the home, a charge of $1000 will be applied for smoke remediation.
If smoking on the patio, or outside, make sure to trash the remaining, and take care of the ashes. If not, then an extra cleaning charge will be applied.

PET POLICY
----------------------
We do not allow pets, this is an allergy friendly home. We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and of AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination, unless health and safety becomes an issue. My children suffer from severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. As such we can only welcome non-shedding/no dander companions to our house as we need to guarantee the health of our children.

There will be a $1000 fine for guests who bring unauthorized pets.

SERVICE ANIMALS

State Law Requirements for Service Animals: Service Animals must be under the control of its handler at all times and must have a harness, leash, or other tether, unless the handler is unable because of a disability. This means it must never be left in the home alone or unattended. Any service animals left unattended in the home will be deemed pets and charged a $1000 pet fee.

We do not accept ESA animals.

DISCLOSURES

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs within the premises or its facilities.
We are not responsible for any loss of guest belongings, valuables, or losses to property caused by nature, utility interruption, or burglary.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
----------------------
Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and channel upon booking. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox.

Guest will be required to settle a $250 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the whole house and fenced yard.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Steps from the front drive is a private walkway to one of the cleanest, widest part of Surfside Beach. You are so close you can easily nip back to the house if you forgot something or need to refill your drink!
